Samantha V. Pedregon
Ms. Pedregon was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2020. Following her undergraduate studies, she attended Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law. During law school, Ms. Pedregon served as President of the Family Law Society and as the Student Representative for the Knoxville Latin Bar Association. She also externed with a criminal defense attorney and the Department of Children’s Services, gaining hands‑on experience in a variety of matters. While in law school, she actively participated in Order of Protection hearings with her temporary provisional license for students.
Ms. Pedregon is deeply passionate about family law and is committed to helping children and families navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. She believes in providing compassionate guidance, clear communication, and steady support to clients facing emotionally difficult situations. Her dedication to this work is rooted in her desire to empower families, protect vulnerable individuals, and help clients move forward with stability and confidence.
Before joining Breeding Carter PC, Ms. Pedregon gained practical experience through work in Knox County Juvenile Court and interning with various local firms. Her background has equipped her with a well‑rounded understanding of the legal system and a strong commitment to serving individuals and families during challenging times.
Outside the office, Ms. Pedregon enjoys experiencing new things, spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with friends and family.
