Breeding Carter today expanded its corporate and white collar/government enforcement teams with the addition of partner Matthew W. Olinzock.
Matthew joins from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, an international AmLaw100 law firm in New York City. He advises companies and individuals on all aspects of business, corporate, financial and white collar law. He has experience in handling complex fraud, corruption, insider trading, and trade secret cases as well as investigations. Matthew also bring with him an extensive background in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property law. He was named a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters’ New York Super Lawyers in 2016 and 2017.

Matthew received his JD, with Honors, from the Emory University School of Law and his BS in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester. He is admitted to practice in New York.
